What do you get?

 After filling a form about you symptoms via Online or Phone consultation
with illaaj specialist, you opt for treatment by illaaj specialists or for
referral.

If you opt for treatment by illaaj
specialist online, you are diagnosed using your history and the documents,
investigations and test reports sent by you.
- In case you opt for referral, you go
on to step 2
- Further steps will be initiated after
receiving consultation fee payment

Your history is sent to the
doctor chosen by you, who reviews your history and investigation reports.
For plan holders, previous history is
also given to the doctor.
- Doctor is requested to give you an appointment which you can
mutually agree on
- Doctor examines you, and asks for any tests or investigations
which will be charged separately by the doctor or agency providing them,
at discounted rates for you

Your treatment is done by the
doctor and a summary of examination findings and treatment is sent to
illaaj and a copy given to you by the doctor
- illaaj
will also give you follow-up advice and
information about your treatment including maintaining you medical
history if you have taken a consultation plan
- After
your treatment, you recovery will be followed with illaaj on subsequent
visit to the doctor chosen by you if any.
Additional support in the form
of Lab network & collection centers are also
provided at selected locations for seamless one point interface for your
convenience.

follow-up form so that you can give a feedback on the doctor chosen by you
and about the services provided by illaaj
- This
feedback is used to improve our services and as a rating that you can use
to choose doctors for specialists which will ultimately allow transparent
selection of the right doctor or specialist as per you location and
requirements and the doctors infrastructure and services
The feedback comprises of questions
regarding five critical aspects & are rated from 0-5.
(0 =not used, 1 =very poor, 3 =as
expected,5=far better than expected)
- Waiting Time: This is a question
about the time you have to wait to meet the doctor against the appointment
time allotted to you by the doctor.
- Attention given by the doctor:
This question assesses the amount of time and attentions given to you by
the doctor, both for your symptoms and your examination.
- Services Offered: The third aspect deals with
services offered and infrastructure of the clinic or the hospital. It
assesses the infrastructural setup of the doctor or hospital.
- Recovery Time: The time taken after taking
treatment for recovery. This is assessed against the expected recovery
time told to you by the doctor
- illaaj Services: The last question deals with the
services given to you by illaaj.com website and our team for both, online
treatment and referral.
